We accept payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to New York addresses.
At LILLY DE MAI we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction. We offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Products must have been purchased on LILYDEMAI.com, be at least half full and in their original bottle or tube. Please note this return policy does not apply to sample sets, limited edition items, and special promotion items.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our products we encourage you to contact our customer service team. We would be happy to answer any questions and help you choose the most suitable products for your skin.
1. Contact Customer Service
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased at LILYDEMAI.com, please contact Customer Service at info@LILYDEMAI.com with the item and the quantity you’d like to return. A Customer Service representative will email you a prepaid return label and return form. Please contact Customer Service before you initiate a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Service.
2. Complete the Return Form & Print the Prepaid Label
Return labels will be sent to the email address on the order unless otherwise specified. Returns and exchanges can only be processed if our Return/Exchange form is included, and the desired action is specified.
3. Pack Your Return
Please safely pack the products and include the return form. Affix the prepaid label to the box and ship it back to us using the carrier on the return label.
Payment will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will be notified by e-mail once your return is completed.
We're sorry, but we are unable to accept returns on international orders.
Promotion codes are only valid for one-time use per customer and only one promotion code is allowed per order. You must meet all purchase requirements stated to receive a discount or promotional offer.
